Key Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology certification, preferably with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- Experience working as an SLP in school settings.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and students.
- Knowledge of school-based speech and language therapy assessments and interventions.
- Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and document progress.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations to identify student needs.
- Provide individualized and group therapy sessions targeting speech, language, and communication goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports in compliance with school policies.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities as required.
